Kesari bath with natural ingredients:
This is one of the sweet dish. We can serve this dish in festival session. Children like this delicious and health Kesari bath. Kesari bath with natural ingredients won’t cost much and it is highly healthy food. Sugar patients should avoid taking Kesari bath. Pineapple gives excellent flavor and taste to Kesari bath. We can add Date fruit with Pineapple. We need to use Date fruit by slicing them. We should not beat Dates to add with it. Add Dates when we add Rava.
- Rava – 50 grams
- Jaggery – 100grams
- Ghee – 25grams
- Cashew -5grams
- Fresh 100gram Pine apple juice without adding water(this is for making flavor)
- Saffron(optional)-small quantity

Preparation of Kesari-bath with natural ingredients:
Step1: Put pan in the stove and pour 2 tumbler water in the pan. Let the water to boil.
Step 2: In another pan roast the rava with ghee.
Step 3: Now add the rava in the boiling water and let it cook for 4 minutes. Stir it while it cook.
Step 4: Add jaggery and the Pine apple juice. Let it cook for 2 more minutes.Add ghee and stir well while it cooks.
Step 5: Add the crashed Cashew nuts in the preparation.
Now, Pine apple flavored Kesari is ready to serve. This festival snack for South Indians. We can prepare it as evening snacks.
Kesari Bath is delicious and we are not adding any artificial flavor. So, it is good for health.
