Fermented rice water:
This is healthy simple early morning drink and has excellent nutritional value. If one take 1 cup of Fermented rice water early in the morning, cleans the bowl. And bowl brings nutritional factors to blood that would help us to keep healthy body. It cools the body. It increases the immunity of body.
- Cooked rice-1 cup
- Water -2 cups
Firstly take 1 cup of rice( the rice should be used after 5 hours of cooking) and add 2 cups of water. Close the vessel for 12 hours. After 12 hours mix the water and rice with hand. Add some salt for seasoning. Finally fermented rice water is ready to take.
Use Pickle or Onion or Butter milk chili as side dish.
