Drumstick recipe is completely prepared using drumstick vegetable and few more ingredients for seasoning. It is healthy side dish for rice and easy to make when the drumstick available in plenty.
Ingredients required for Drumstick recipe:
- Drumstick -5 ( cut each into small pieces)
Things required for seasoning:
- Ground nut oil-2 teaspoon
- mustard -1/4th teaspoon
- Big onion -1 (chopped)
- Red or green chili-4 pieces (cut each into two small pieces)
- Salt- required amount
- Sambar masala powder -2 tablespoonful.
- Turmeric powder -1/8th of table spoon
- Curry leaves- 1/4th handful
Preparation of recipe:
- Put pan in medium flame and let it heat for some time. Then add oil and heat it for some time. After the oil get heated add mustard and wait till it burst.
- Now add onion, chili and curry leaves then fry until the onion turns medium brown.
- Once onion becomes medium brown add the pieces of Drumsticks. And fry for some time.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and sambar masala powder. Mix them well with Drumsticks
- Add water till the Drumsticks merge into water.
- Let us cook till the Drumsticks cooks well.
