Cauliflower vegetable curry is made up of vegetables and nutritious to health and it is evening snacks.
Thinks needed for Cauliflower Vegetable Curry:
1) Ghee -2 table spoon
2) Cauliflower -1/4 kg after cleaned
3) Capsicum – 1 (thin slices)
4) Potato – 1 (Slices in cubes)
5) Big onion – 1 (chopped)
6) Green chilli-2 or 3(according to taste and cut into pieces)
7)Beans – 50gram(Cut into small pieces)
8)Carat – 50grams (cut into small cubes)
9) Curry leaves
10) Tomato- 2 (fine paste)

Preparation of Cauliflower side dish recipe:
Put a pan in the stove. After it heats pour ghee and put some mustard. After the mustard get burst add onion, green chilli pieces and curry leaves. Let’s fry it for some time.
After the onion turns brown, add all the vegetables and fry it till it turns brown.Now add tomato paste and fry it till there is no raw tomato smell. Finally add small water to get vegetables boil. Add some red chilli power( Made at home). Fry it until all water evaporates. Finally Turn off the stove.
Lastly add coriander leave cuts and curry leaf cuts. Now, it is ready to serve. You can eat this dish without adding any side dishes. If you want to reduce your rice intake, you can take this. It would give us nice energy and keeps good health.
