Fresh fig is a fruit available in India and few more countries. It is delicious fruit and has extraordinary benefits.

If we open the fresh figs , it would have small seeds inside it. No need to remove them. Just each raw fruits by removing any ants inside it.

To get dried figs, clean the figs with water and dry them under sunlight. If you add sugar syrup before drying it would enhance the taste of figs.

How to enhance the sweet taste of dried figs:

Take 100 grams of raw sugar and add 10ml of water to it. And boil that well till the sugar syrub becomes one string consistency state.

Turn off the stove. And let it cool. Once the sugar syrub becomes cool, cut each fig fruit horizontally or vertically into two equal halves. Take 1 kg of fresh fruit after cutting them. Add the sugar syrup with them and mix them well until all figs get soaked with sugar syrup.

Then dry them well in direct sunlight. It would be dried in a week. Finally our dried fig fruit is ready:)

In market we could get dried fig fruit. It is processed. Anyway in some countries, we can not find fresh fruits. So it is better to buy and take regularly.
