Coconut milk is made using coconut and few more ingredients. It is very delicious and nutritional milk to have raw or side dish to some dishes.
*Coconut -1 (grated)
*Ginger -1/2 inch piece
*Cardamom- 4 pieces
*Raw sugar -100 grams
Steps to prepare Coconut milk:
Firstly take all the ingredients grated coconut, cardamon, ginger and little bit of water. Put them into blender and blend it into fine paste.
Add enough water then drain out the thick milk.
Finally add raw sugar and mix it well.
Our healthy and tasty coconut milk is ready to have!
You can add this milk with some sweet porridge and use side dish for Idiyappam.
Certainly this raw this milk is awesome to our health like mother’s milk. If we take regularly twice in a week, our skin glows well. Your body get most of the essential nutrition that it requires.

The best combination for Idiyappam is coconutmilk. Most importantly Idiyappam+coconutmilk, appam + coconutmilk are nice dishes.
